Your help is needed!

The Senate election was called only two weeks ago, leaving candidates little time to organize. Entering the race is not easy.

• Provincial rules require a refundable $4,000 deposit and 1,500 Alberta signatures.
  
  
• There are thousands of phone calls that need to be made, brochures that need to be printed, mailouts that need to be sent, and meetings that need to be organized.
  
  
• The Citizens Centre and the Alberta Residents League will co-host town hall “Alberta Agenda-Senate Election” meetings around Alberta in late October and early November.
  
  
• Regardless of who else runs, it’s important to stimulate a high voter turnout and to persuade voters to mark the separate Senate ballot. To make sure this happens, we need to spread the word!
